Dianna is a manic, energetic #Freak who looks like a girly deer. She is unusually powerful for her seemingly harmless appearance - being one of the few who have the raw mental power to sustain her own personal dimension and being one of the most dangerous #Combatants. Dianna is obsessive, manic and is highly motivated. She is obsessed with the idea of being with someone who she can make happy and sometimes ends up doing some deranged things in order to help or vent her obsessive love when it gets out of control.

As a citizen of #CloudNine, she often makes people feel uneasy because of her intense behavior and disproportionate magic power. She is often treated with kid gloves because of the overzealous, intense, clumsy way she goes about doing things. #Dianna has a small but very loyal circle of friends that she spends time with who aren't afraid of her. Despite being polarizing, she has an air of respect, since people notice that a large part of her unhinged determination goes into making other people's lives better, and she is known to understand people very well. Due to this, she particularly attracts #Foxy, who feels safe around #Dianna's fierce loyalty. But other than the few friends who speak to her, people have learnt to not get too involved with #Dianna since even if she helps, she often makes things complicated.
